PRICING
Hiring a caregiver in your home is one of the most meaningful and important investments a family can make. At CTNA, our placement fees are structured with intention - realistic and accessible, while reflecting the high-quality results and professionalism our clients expect when navigating the nanny-matchmaking process.
To initiate a nanny search, we charge a $250 deposit. A final placement fee would not be due until you've hired a candidate.

The placement fee is a one-time payment, based on a percentage of the nanny's projected annual income. This percentage rate will vary depending on the type of care desired and/or duration of employment desired. (i.e. full-time, part-time, temporary, etc.). For a long term, full-time nanny placement (38+ hours per week), the placement rate is 6% of the nanny's yearly salary.
